Good Morning Tangled! I have a odd problem on my Tangled browser. The browser is showing a 0 balance and won't update the bottom number. It keeps increasing in with the ads but will not update from the bottom number to the top. It is like it is stuck in a pending status. I have already tried deleting the millix folder on my computer and restarting the browser and put back my private key file. It did not work any suggestions on what to do now? @price @erickson @danny @crank

ohh that a bit annoying, deleting the millix folder will get rid of your shards and that will mess up the node, it would take quite a long time to be redownloaded...do you have a back up of the millix folder?

@octo I did what was suggested and I had backed up my private key file where the transactions are stored. I put it back when I deleted the millix folder and restarted the browser and it made a new folder. It got my balance back in no time but it is still stuck in pending status. I have even reinstalled the browser that didn't work either.

the private key file is not where the transactions are stored, its your credentials and wallet. the transaction are in 3 shard files usually quite large like hundreds of MB or 1GB. if the shard files are not the original ones you had, your node will not be trusted and it will give you problems, however the reconstruction/download of the shards/blocks can take 24hrs.... I once had that problem and it took days to get back to normal and every delete/reinstall I did just made it worst... you might need to have a chat with @eriksson about this. but I would wait a day or so and see if it gets back to normal first

I bet you have a lot of transactions in that wallet. So, it will take a long time to sync and move all the balance from pending to stable. To speed up the process you might want to disable auto-aggregation in settings > general > auto-aggregation. You can keep track of the progress by checking status > summary > pending transaction count, that number should start reducing after some time.

I had this happen to me, the only way i fixed it was upgrading to a better computer. The team did try to fix it but i was always in pending.
