I'm an economist, I try to think like an homo oeconomicus, always looking to maximize his satisfaction. So choosing to be a 75 year old billionaire over a 20 year old student makes practical sense. Why? The student is likely to face financial difficulties and limited job opportunities, he has slim chances to be wealthy, and will probably end up being an ordinary average person, who will never know the joy of being a millionnaire... while a billionaire has already experienced the benefits of being a young student and now enjoys the fruits of his labor. He has the financial resources to take care of his health, assure his security and comfort, love and protect his loved ones, and explore personal interests with ease. I choose to be a 75 yo billionnaire and from there, try to maximize the quality of my lasting life.
