hey @aymardknn you are an early adopter. Tangled is brand new, it launched in January. The guy who keeps answering your post is the founder. 
How do you get more millix? you are paid to be here on line. if you have a computer, you can download and run the tangled browser and you will earn more. you can buy and sell millix look at "my millix" to the left. 
Also you can earn millix by making posts that people like. it costs 10,000 millix to make a post, if your post earns more than 10,000 then you earned a profit on it. 
Another way to earn is to invite people - if you use the "affiliate program" on the left you will earn when the people you invite make posts. 
How did some people become more popular? i'd say mostly by being friendly or teaching people. a really cool guy is @khamos. He started out showing Tangled photos about his country Kenya, he asked questions and made quizzes. Sometimes it worked, and other times it didn't, but he kept trying. And always smiling, you can tell. 
My guess is that if you watch what the popular people are doing and ask them questions you will learn. And they will help.
This is like a game. I post things all the time that no one really cares about, but that's okay too.
