Has anyone ever heard of the "Lily Collins" hack on Facebook? My account (along with a host of others apparently) was taken over by someone named Lily Collins and permanently disabled for "Violating Community Guidelines". Meta are doing nothing at all to help anyone recover their accounts and there seems to be no way of contacting them.

No, but that sucks. FB sucks like that. You can't get much help from them on things like this. Sometimes it takes months to resolve.

worst part is when i look for it the old account is not available so no downloading everything that was on there

uggh, yeah I have years of memories on FB, that's a big hit my friend, sorry you have to deal with that. :(
