LPT: You can remember names easily by associating them with a character from a cartoon, tv show etc
I run large teams, teams change every event. I like to remember at least 80 percent of names. So if your name is Luca, I think Gianluca Vialli Chelsea legend. If its Brenda I think Brenda Song from Zach and Cody. Works for most names, as long as you have an association. Met a girl called Sol, Sol a popular station in Madrid.
