Beijing banning all foreign performance in restaurants?
This screenshot is circulating in WeChat which clames that all foreign bands or band members are not allowed to get on a stage in bars and restos in Beijing. Seems to be a new cultural policy. Also I've heard rumours that local international schools in Beijing are going to be fully local, no more foreign teachers. This is said to be happening in Ykpao Shanghai too.
