Clients who decide to call last minute
What the hell do they expect me to do when they call minutes before it’s time to clock out? If they really wanted something done, they should’ve called earlier during the day or the next morning during work hours.
These jackasses know when we’re open and when we close but they still wanna wait until the very last minute to call and get all pissy when I can’t do anything for them because the day is almost over. No way in hell am I gonna go out of my way to work overtime for pennies just to please a rude, ungrateful piece of shit.
These people think they own us just because it’s part of our job to help them. If it weren’t for the pay, I would never interact with mannerless, uncivilized people like them at all.
