That's one problem when players actually play against their opponent's clock. The one who premoves better wins, that is why most players consider premoving randomly to try and interrupt their opponent's premoves, some put their pieces next to opponent's pieces even if it's an obvious capture but they won't do it.once their premoves were interrupted, they lost a fragment of a second trying to repeat their moves and that should be enough for their opponents to actually take advantage of that.
