question about bikers doing a thank you signal
im a non-biker, but I always move out of the way when I see one approaching me so they can easily get by and I noticed that the only bikers that will do a little thank you gesture are the ones on sporty bikes. ive never gotten anything from chopper riders or the other more casual bikes.
the other day I actually let a chopper and sporty bike pass by at the same time, and only the sporty rider did a hand gesture
ive always wondered, is this just a sporty biker thing or just a coincidence? I feel like ever since ive been driving ive never or very rarely had a non sporty biker do any gestures
