Looking through the gallery, I found this video, I had really forgotten about it. Tomorrow I will cook a delicious sauce like this with pork, spices, lots of garlic, dill and parsley, accompanied by a polenta. Maybe I'll make mashed potatoes too. Sure Ricardo, my son will be delighted with the idea.
