Boardgame Publisher appreciation post
This is not paid and is in my own interest but I wanted to shout-out Roxley Games. The Distant Cotton Market marker was missing in my purchase of Brass Lanc. So I filed a missing component form thinking it would either A never get looked at or B they would give me some jumbo about not requesting it immediately after purchase or ‘were too busy’.
Instead they dutifully informed me they would review and in 2 weeks a package turns up with a single little bit of white painted wood. Now for context I live in Australia and they had to post the equivalent of about $3 worth of postage cost to send me what I reckon is a 10cent part and they did it without question.
Has anyone else had similar good experiences dealing with a publisher?
