What are the issues faced by people who have rental properties to manage?
I had this question in mind.
People having rental properties what kind of issues are you guys facing in managing the properties, tenants, rents and other things are you using softwares or systems to manage all that or there is a manager who collect the rent keeping a book record of it.
How are you tracking your running cost of the properties and ROI and if you are using any kind of software for it.
what are the problems you are still facing using those softwares.
If not using any software what problems would you like to be tackled in a software for the rent and property management.
