Why is Congo's literacy rate so good ?
As opposed to Central African Republic which has a literacy rate of 37 percent. I feel Congo is excellent at 80 percent . When you hear about Africa, you think of Nigeria, Ethiopia , Kenya as the upcoming countries. But Congo seems to excel as much as the rest of them
