to shoot in 1:1 or crop in lightroom to 1:1
hi everyone, i've recently come into a problem where i shot a whole weekend trip on my camera and then through the power of latenight editing I've cropped it all to 4:5 instead of 1:1 (for Instagram carousel posts) thankfully I haven't cleared my SD card yet so I have the originals but now I have to go back and re crop and edit everything.
So the big question, is it better to shoot in 1:1 aspect or shoot normally and crop it later to 1:1 and hope the subject fits into the crop?.
