The dogs looked fine a few months ago, but it's obvious they all have mange now.
The owners let them run around outside and they wander up and down the block in both directions.
What are the options here? Is there an organization that I could call who could come help them with this, or is this an SPCA situation? Or is there nothing?
I could contribute but I doubt I could afford treatment for this many dogs.
