I just finished it yesterday. First on the ending, are we to understand that Howard and Kiki might reconcile?
More importantly, what was up with the Katie chapter? It was unique to the whole book, and I don't think it ties back in plot-wise with the book. I liked it when I read it, but I thought she would come back and never did. Any thoughts?
