Being asked to use my own salary for training expenses?
Obviously this was a red flag, but in this day and age I can't tell what is freaking normal anymore because people tolerate radical shit just to keep a roof over their head. I got the whole "many people would be happy in your place" script.
Company had no internal credit card system for expenses too. Expenses paid back months late with no interest.
I no longer work there, the bulk of the training was paid for out of my own salary. Looking back I feel angered, as I was young and stupid not to fight management. Would you tolerate this?
