I did Zumba, enjoyed it; and it helped as well . Yesterday, we had a Zumba for a cause and did a dance presentation where we won the best group outfit. There was a cash prize given, but instead of taking it, we donated it to the sick beneficiary of the Zumba event. It feels good to help, even in small ways. Our dance was not just about competition. So, even though I was tired yesterday, it feels fulfilling to make someone happy.
