If baldness is a sign of old age, then why does it show on…

If baldness is a sign of old age, then why does it show on young men in their early twenties?

I looked in the mirror today and compared my hair to photos from 2–3 years ago. My hairline has definitely receded and thinned.

Okay, I get it

people go bald. It's natural. But baldness is usually considered a sign of aging. The thing is, I don't have most other signs of aging. My skin is still firm, my hair is dark everywhere else on my body, I'm fit, and I don't smoke or drink.

It's natural to lose hair as you age. But not natural to lose 50% of your hair when your still young.

So why do I have this one "aging" trait but not the others? Is there some reason men lose their hair besides simply getting old?

What's biology trying to me and signal others by making me lose hair?

I feel different from my peers. I feel like I'm losing part of myself. I feel like something is unfair to me. I have things to focus on. But this holds me back.
