If you click "USD" the ratings will be based in the price of dollar and if Bitcoincash price increases the rate will also increase.
If you click on "BCH" the price of the token will be based in Bitcoincash "satoshi". The ratings will not be affected even if the price of BCH increases unless someone buy or sell the token then that's only the time the ratings will change.
