I'm autistic and most of the ASD communities are…

I'm autistic and most of the ASD communities are antisemitic

For context I'm 21F, diagnosed autistic at age of 2. I was non-verbal for half of my childhood. I'm 2e. Orthodox.

I have been highly judged in my kehillah by my other neurotypical Jewish friends. I have received all sort of comments. My parents were very ashamed of me, especially my father. So I didn't get real support until I was much older.

Recently, after starting treating my social issues, I tried to reach out for autistic communities and I felt like part of me was truly understood for once. The problem? I feel like I simply cannot tell anyone that I'm Jewish and that's a huge part of me because I am very religious. Everyone just is genuinely disgusted by our state and I feel like most of the communities are filled with activists that don't know what they are promoting. I've seen things that are slightly Jewish related, for example, Holocaust museums, be accused of being White-nationalists. That's totally nonsensical and absurd. But I feel like I cannot express my voice because I will be attacked and excluded (again) from a group that I should feel part of. I feel like I'm discriminated in my Jewish environment for being autistic and totally hated in my ASD support channels for being Jewish.

Anyone has any advice or similar experiences to share? I'm sure there are many kther neurodivergent yidden and I need to know I'm not alone in this.
