The notion of rich people "paying their fair share" is a popular, but flawed, battle cry. "Fair share" is codified in the tax law. If you are in compliance with the tax law, you are paying your fair share. If enough people agreed that the definition of "fair share" was broken and agreed on what the specific change should be, the law would change to reflect that. In the meantime, the top 10% of people pay 90% of taxes (much of which offers no benefit to society).

Tax is to regulate public funds a blood bank to runs its offices.. reason why the answer is in your hands you voted for people through election to put someone into a sit and regulate such … but not all rich people do pays their taxes fairly .. that depends on the declarations of their taxes.
Funny how that always goes to the little denominator. Screams for "fairness" always try to drag the bigger, better down. Nobody who wants "fairness" talks about how to become as rich or successfull as others, it's always about how to take riches and success from others. It's always like that with socialists, at base they are envious and full of self hatred about their own incapabilities and flaws but instead of trying to change themselves, they demand the world to change for them.

The indoctrinated 9-5 , pay gov. Employees to make more tax laws for them...
Taxes just go to the mafia,, gov.,, , these ,,managers ,, are just a bigger cartel - if no pay, they come and visit you, take ur stuff ,jail....like a organized Italian crime cartel- same RULES- different names..
Soooo, at the end..we should just never pay anyone but that means people need to learn to organize themselves more, streets...energy...spendings for community , then we need other managers- ...

Re: taxes offering little benefit to society - You can consider this exponential chart of US Government interest expense however you please, but what it really represents is inflation. All dollars are loaned into existence.
It would be hard to make an argument that it cost the US government a trillion dollars to fund the first few hundred years of infrastructure, world wars, social programs, becoming a super power etc, and that the trillion dollars it now spends just on interest payments every single year offers a comparable benefit.
