Godox V1-C for restaurant food photography — what accessories do I actually need?
I shoot reels for a restaurant using a Canon R8, and recently they’ve started asking me to take photos of their dishes for social media as well.
I just bought a Godox V1-C and currently only have it on-camera (no trigger yet). The restaurant has very high ceilings and a lot of decor, so bouncing off walls or ceilings doesn’t really work.
I’m trying to figure out what accessories I actually need to get good food photos in this kind of environment.
I’m thinking I’ll at least need:
•A trigger (Godox XPro-C or X2T-C?)
•Some kind of diffuser
•Maybe an umbrella or small softbox for off-camera use?
