Has anyone used horsepower financial?

I’m not looking for opinions of how i should purchase a bike. I’m genuinely curious looking for real life examples of people using their service and how it went. Please, if you have not used horsepower you have no need to comment. Not trying to be rude just really only looking for genuine feedback and not opinions.
