Something about Uwan
Why do Uwan conduct "Play Therapy Session, Reflective Filmvoewing, Interactive Storytelling, Puppet show, Art Therapy and Music Therapy"?
Please know that the indigenous people and it's communities reside in the inner most of the forested areas and high altitude mountains. This areas are often targeted by non state groups (rebel groups) as their human shield opportunity to safeguard themselves from the state army (Armed Forces of the Philippines).
Their communities often fell victim from cross fire from the clash of both groups. If this happened it traumatized the children, youth, women and elderly.
With this problem at arise. That's the time the team of uwan come in and offer humanitarian aid and services like the above-mentioned.
