If you ever wondered where the rats come from in Wroclaw
I just took this pic a few mins ago at Stare Miasto. The pile of trash keeps on growing for the last few days at least, and its not the first time it happens. Theres some small building next to the bins where you can dispose some bigger stuff but it gets full pretty quickly after the cleanup.
I have no idea why theres nothing being done to stop this, other than placing more signs about leaving the trash in the building and bins only.
