please blame all typos on Tim Cook. Explain why you think, if you do, it is important to read literary classic books/literature?

I know we stand on the shoulders of giants and literary classics generally have universally appeal, connect across generations and centuries, therefore standing the test of time making them what we call, literally classics. They connect to the psychological underpinnings of the human condition and can mean something different to each individual.

To clarify (which may already be clear) I’m not talking about, Classics as in classical antiquity such as ancient Greece and ancient Rome, specifically, though they can be included.

Classics from the likes such as, Orwell, Mary Shelley, Dickens, Salinger, Bradbury, Oscar Wilde, Shakespeare, Alexander Dumas, Steinback, Dostoevsky, Camus, Aurelius, or even ancient religious texts.
Basically a list you get by searching classic literature on goodreads.

Sometimes I have the same challenge explaining why classic film is important, but that is f
#entertainment or a different sub.

Thanks.
