Question : If you are the husband or the future wife, would you like your own assets or property to be name to you alone???

Answer: Yes or No and depend your answer.
No AI.

What: Pre-Nuptial Agreement, is an agreement where in, both husband and wives entered into Contract of Pre - Nuptial Agreement before they entered into a Contract of Marriage. Therefore, i t is an agreement, where the property and other future assets of each party can be set-aside which however, can sepetately favored each other. Meaning, property bourned or incurred/before and during the marriage, are sepetately treated by law as individual property or property alone by the one who bought it.

Exemption: except the support of the family, like house, support, and other basic necessities, and gifts to each other.

Logic: "Yours is yours, but whatever is Mine, is mine alone"

If I were a husband or future wife, whether I’d want my assets or property in my name alone would depend on the situation. Some people prefer to keep their assets separate for personal security, while others might feel comfortable sharing ownership with their partner. It really depends on trust, the relationship, and what works best for both people. Clear communication about money is important in any relationship.

No.. if I were the husband, I wouldn't like my own assets or property to be named to me alone.

Actually I'm already married. And when I got married, I didn't have assets or property. And we didn't even have a prenuptial agreement. Because as the husband, I have considered myself as the provider, although she was working too. She kept and budgeted all the money that we acquired. And all the things that we owned, we owned it jointly.

Now that we are both retired employees, we are still practicing it.

If I am married in 1980's I can say no., But in this generation and if I ever married right now and base of my level status I would say Yes! Not because am discriminate my owned self but am trying to put myself to his situation if ever I had an assets of course I should think if this person is not chasing my will, And beside I do believe if you learned to carry your owned water you would learned to value in every single drop . It is the same of money , if you are own your money you would value on it but if your money is from others it just like a snap of a finger.

Yes.
They can use my stuff and be happy with it and when something hits their mind and want to leave me, just take what is yours and let me still have what was mine before.
Sharing what I have with you makes me happy and feel free to use it and share the happiness. One day I may decide to give you something, but the choice is mine.

My answer is YES. You definitely need to write a marriage contract.
What I worked for is mine.
And what my future husband brings to the marriage is his.
Because you always have to remember, especially here in Europe, that marriage is not forever.
Spouses can divorce at any time.
This way, I don't want to be in a vulnerable position where I might not be able to move back into my house.
I don't want to go to court and fight about finances.
Also, this way we can be sure that my spouse didn't marry me for my wealth and vice versa.
But I agree that the wealth acquired together in marriage is already joint if both parties work.

Answer, No
: I believe that marriage is a very strong bond, and there should be love and trust between two people in this relationship. When we enter the bond of marriage, everything we have, whether it is property or assets, should be shared with each other. This will strengthen our relationship even more. If we keep our property and assets separate, it could negatively affect our relationship and prove to be harmful. In my view, trust and confidence in each other make our relationship strong and beautiful.

Yes, I would prefer my assets or property to be named to me alone.
While marriage is a partnership based on love and trust, I believe maintaining separate ownership of assets can provide clarity, security, and fairness, especially in unforeseen circumstances like financial disputes or divorce. A pre-nuptial agreement doesn't undermine the relationship; instead, it sets clear boundaries and expectations, ensuring that both parties feel respected and protected.
This approach allows each person to maintain their independence while still contributing equitably to shared responsibilities like family support. It also acknowledges that individuals may have worked hard for what they own before the marriage and deserve to retain full control over it.

When we married, I owned a house and he owned a house. Each house remained our separate property. Eventually, I sold my (smaller, less convenient to work) house. The money I received was my separate money, not community funds, because I owned the house before we married.

Couple of years later, we decided to sell his house and to buy a new larger house, as we had started expanding our family with children. We put our money together to buy the new house, and it belongs to both of us. Both of our names are on the deed.

Community property laws may differ in your area. I suggest you discuss this with a lawyer who specializes in real estate law.😍😍

For me it's No, there are many chances of divorce, at the time if it's shared with partner means what they earned will be gone. They can support them but sharing property is not an good option

NO . Once we are married the properties will be our own already. The property acquired during our marriage is presumed to be owned equally by both of us, regardless of whose name appears on the deed. This is called conjugal property, and it includes all property acquired during our marriage. We will both share all our assets for us to enjoy and cherish everything we have...

Copy that Roger... 😂
Meanwhile, Conjugal Property are property acquired during the time of the Marriage while Pre Nuptial Agreement, are contract made and entered into by both parties before Marriage, solely for purposes of obtaining the property individually which however does not becomes part of Conjugal Property. My answer is NO!!!

I’d say that I’d prefer my assets to be shared with my partner. For me, marriage is about building a life together, and that includes sharing not only love and experiences but also responsibilities, challenges, and blessings. By sharing assets, we create a foundation of trust, transparency, and teamwork.

It's not just about the material side of things, it's about saying, “What’s mine is yours, and together we shape our future.”
When both partners contribute, whether it's emotionally, mentally, or financially, it strengthens the bond and the commitment. I believe in the power of shared goals and mutual growth.

Of course, every relationship is unique, and it’s important to respect each other’s values and have open conversations to figure out what works best. At the end of the day, it’s about the connection, understanding, and love we share.

That said, I’m not planning on getting married again.🤣 I had a bad experience in marriage and now I’m living life to the fullest and relishing my freedom. My days are full, and I’m never really alone. I'm surrounded by wonderful people. They fill my life with joy and connection, leaving no room for loneliness, haha!

No.I believe. And this is my stand.Through the years weve known that we will cherish everything. Both of us will have it,own it for the rest of out lives.Kahit pumuti pa ang buhok namin.Kasama kang tumanda ,we will embrace it.Not to disclose an agreement just to reminise every single and share what you have.I guess the bloom will be forever.

As for my situation, if ever I'm going to remarry again my answer is YES. I have two kids and I sacrificed so much being away from them since they're small so my little property will be given to them. If he loves me, he'll understand but if not just say goodbye 😁. My kids are far more important than a husband.
Even if in case that future husband is rich and asked me to sign a PRE-NUP agreement my answer is strongly YES. It's a proof that I'm not aftering his properties. We never know the future, people change either him or me if something goes wrong atleast those assets are protected, we'll only deal with the conjugal with properties . I have seen many cases of just an in-law but sooooo greedy. If the marriage will last until death do us part again then good but if not the process of separation will get easier I think. Marriage must involve the both heart ❤️ and brain 🧠. Let's just stay single so that no need to deal with these thing in the future 😁😂

If I am planning to get married,my mind should be open to that thought that I am ready enough to entrust everything including myself and properties to my future spouse. But if you have hesitation like thinking that I must protect myself in the future because your partner may fail, better not to marry because marriage is an everlasting covenant as the bible says "they are no longer two but one." Whatever you acquired must be considered as conjugal. It is also an expression of true love and trust that treasures/money is no big deal for both of you.

So as for me, if I get married I dont want prenup arrangement of naming our properties in our name alone, both parties. Parang ang feeling ko dyan hindi pa nga kayo kasal may ganun nang boundary,I can say that we cannot trust and love each other totally so better magsama nalang tayo nang hindi kasal kasi nawawala din namang yung sense of becoming one. As simple as that. Well this is only my opinion sissy..

No, I would never want all the property to be in my name alone. After marriage, both should have equal rights in any property and assets.
