Alright… I need to understand Koreatown. Currently living in Culver City paying $3800 for a 750 sq ft one bedroom.
I keep seeing nice/upgraded two bedroom units in Koreatown…
What’s the good bad and ugly ? Usually cheaper areas are cheaper for a “reason”.
I haven’t been, so any recommendations on pockets/areas I can check out would be awesome. My partner would need to commute to Culver City and I’m guessing that would be a nightmare
