Good afternoon Tanglers,
what I am reading now. 📓 👓
The Bible is the most widely distributed and most widely read book in human history. Whether in philosophy, literature, the visual arts, law, ethics, or politics, our civilization continues to draw—whether openly or covertly—from the biblical message. Familiarity with the characters, stories, and sayings of this book of books is a fundamental part of every person’s education.
The 21st-Century Translation conveys the Bible’s timeless message in contemporary, accessible Czech. It strives for maximum fidelity to the original Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek texts, while also seeking to appeal to today’s readers—whether they are accustomed to drawing daily inspiration from this book or are opening it for the first time.
This book is a gift from Eastern European Mission, which we are able to offer you free of charge thanks to financial contributions from believers around the world. It is not intended for sale 🙏 Thanks.
Have a happy Friday! 💙🌞

When I started reading the Bible, I started with the New Testament because I found it easier to understand and get into.

This bible begins with the old testament and then follows the new testament. I will see which of the two parts of the bible is easier for me.
