Gexa credit?
Hey everyone, just checked my Gexa account to pay my bill and saw that my account balance is about negative $385. My understanding in the last 3 years is that my balance is always either 0 or how much my bill is (balance = I owe this money). I live in a 750 square foot apartment and my bill is typically $40-60 a month. I don’t want to ask Gexa if there’s a mistake and I’m getting 5-8 mos of free electricity but I also have not seen this before and don’t know if I OWE Gexa this money. I’ve never seen my balance greyed out like this. I don’t want to assume anything. If I owe Gexa $360 then I’ll pay it no problem, is there some sort of settlement money I got from them? Checking my payment history it looks like I haven’t missed anything major or made any gargantuan payments. So what gives? Any cause for concern?
