Does chesscom actually take reports seriously?
Recently 1v1d someone on chesscom who choked a free win and started being racist towards me out of anger. Usually I'd trashtalk him back but for some reason it said chat disabled (even though my chat is enabled and he was able to chat racist shit), so I reported him. I know chesscom takes action on cheaters and stuff, but do they actually ban/suspend people who are blatantly racist?
