There's an amazing lady on Facebook who goes by \*\*Black Forager\*\*, and she's a great person to follow if you want to cut down on your grocery bills. I just watched her video on Japanese knotweed, an invasive plant that's \*everywhere\*, and it's apparently really tasty! She demonstrates two ways to fix it (stir fry & quick pickle), and suggests trying it in place of rhubarb because of its flavour profile.
I recommend looking her up and taking advantage of her wisdom and knowledge to stay healthy and save money. She's taught this old dog lots of new tricks!
