Why is the universe not a single blackhole?

When the big bang started, everything was in a very tiny dense region. So when space started expanding in the big bang, why didn't all matter and energy form a blackhole preventing anything to form any galaxies and stars? As we see our universe currently, matter and energy form blackholes and the space around it expands separately, this might be true for early universe too during big bang so matter and energy should have formed a singular blackhole containing everything while space expands independently.
