Is there a current law in Israel about real estate property right throught settlement or adverse possesion like usucapio in common law ?
Dear Community,
Is there a current domestic Israeli law, which defines after how many years a settler ( in Judea and Shomron ) or a "hippie" tenant ( eg. someone living in a abandoned empty house in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem ) is entitled to the property right on the real estate parcel and can claim a registration in the cadastral land deed scroll as a owner ?
