Another double-digit surge in diesel prices is expected next week, with an increase estimated at P14 to P14.50 per liter, according to an industry source.
This threatens to push diesel prices toward the P130-per-liter mark, following an increase of over P20 per liter this week.
Gasoline, meanwhile, may rise by P7 to P7.50 per liter, potentially pushing it past P100 per liter next week.
The estimates were based on four days of trading on the Mean of Platts Singapore and could still increase further with one trading day remaining.
