I would like to inspire humanity to find a foaming polymer compound with an abundance of hydrogen gas encapsulated to create and cast mold platforms with exponential atmospheric airborne displacement. Ideally enough to create foundations for city construction in the sub-stratosphere... Effectively renovating an environmentally sustainable collaborative above the ground.
