It's just NBD to hang this at a grocery store....
So I'm visiting a friend at a gay campground in the middle of nowhere, Ohio, USA. There is a small town 10-15 minutes down the road that by all rights would not have a full service grocery store were it not for the business that the handful of campgrounds, which attract a relatively diverse group of people to them, gives them. It's a cutesy small town, and out front of the entrance there is a community bulletin board.
There, amongst the flyers for a spaghetti dinners for a girl with cancer, and business cards for local painters and taxidermists, and even a few "Jesus loves you" tracts is a contact card for the Klan. It infuriates me because it's just so f\*\*\*\*\*\* casual. And I've pulled it down and thrown it away before, but it keeps showing back up.
I know that being an ally looks different out here. It's the girl at the local restaurant that arranges the colored pens in her apron in a certain order. And the friendly guy at the gas station who looks at me and my friend says "I hope y'all boys can get some relaxation this weekend". But this just irritates the s\*\*\* out of me.
