🎮 Rockstar Games has responded to leaked Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay videos, apologizing for the wait for official details and saying an extended look at the game will arrive August 27.
The company said the unauthorized footage was not how it intended players to first see the game and warned that spoilers could affect the planned experience.
Grand Theft Auto VI remains scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Rockstar's official page continues to list those platforms and the release date. 🗓️
The leaks come after earlier unauthorized releases involving the game, including the 2022 circulation of unfinished development footage. Rockstar's next official presentation is expected to provide the newly promised extended look.
