HALO: exploring the 2026 total solar eclipse
I’m in Spain for the total solar eclipse on 12 August 2026. My first eclipse was in 2006 (Turkey) and what stayed with me most was the emotional moment when the Sun returned.
For 2026 I’m working on a project called HALO, focused on the human experience of the eclipse across different places along the path of totality.
I’m currently connecting with people who will be in Spain or Iceland in August 2026 and are interested in the eclipse, the travel side, or the shared experience.
