Lord God, When everything feels overwhelming and my mind…

Lord God,
When everything feels overwhelming and my mind is filled with worry, help me to pause and remember Your promises. Teach me to surrender my fears, my doubts, and my need for control into Your hands.
Remind me that You see the bigger picture, and that Your plans for me are good. Quiet my anxious thoughts with Your gentle spirit, and fill my heart with a peace that surpasses all understanding. I choose to rest in the truth that no matter what tomorrow brings,
You are already there, and You are in control.
In Jesus' mighty name,
Amen.
