I went by the waterfront today, actually I do this almost every day as I have more time on my hands than I know what to do with. I used to walk a lot more before, but it seems that either as I grow older I become more sensitive to the sun, or maybe the sun has actuually gotten hotter, so I walk less now.
Anyway today I saw this type of egret I guess and probably a crow in a pool that has formed by the sea, it was actually fun to watch, they were definitely fighting over territory but it turns out each was afraid of the other so they were all bluster. I enjoyed this show which lasted about ten minutes when the black bird decided to leave,
