How do you find truly good-quality cotton and linen clothes in Pakistan? Is polyester really taking over?
Recently, during the Azadi Sale, I wanted to buy good-quality clothes, and by good quality I mean pure cotton, linen, etc. But every beautiful piece of clothing is now labelled as polyester, viscose, and whatnot. It’s honestly so frustrating, especially if you start sweating in synthetic fabrics.
I’ve read that it’s still legally allowed to label a product as “cotton” even if only a small percentage of it is actually cotton and the rest is blended with other fibres. So how do we know if something is actually pure cotton?
For those of you who care about the quality of your clothes and want to spend money on good-quality fabrics, what brands are your go-to?
Ps. I am looking for western clothes.
