LPT: commentary on top chess tournaments is the perfect mix of boring and interesting for sleep
I have struggled for a long time with sleep. My mind races at night and I usually stress myself out. I’ve tried other things, music doesn’t keep mind from wandering, and things like stories or songs with words keep my attention too well. I recently was listening to a chess commentary and found that I drifted into sleep despite the talking. Maybe it’ll work for you too!
