What side are you choosing?
Life will always give you two sides to every choice. Just like a coin has heads and tails, your experiences will always carry both a positive and a negative potential. Hate and love are both real. Enemies and friends both exist. Lies and truth, tears and joy, negativity and positivity. They are all available to you at any moment. The difference lies in which side you choose to live from.
Most people drift through life unconsciously, reacting to circumstances instead of intentionally deciding who they want to be. They don’t realize that every thought, every emotion, and every action carries energy. That energy, whether anabolic or catabolic, creates the results of their life. Hate drains, while love expands. Lies corrode trust, while truth builds it. Tears of despair can weigh you down, but tears of joy lift you up. Negativity destroys possibility, while positivity fuels growth and resilience.
The truth is you always have a choice. Even when life feels unfair, painful, or heavy, the decision of how to respond is yours. This is where your influence lives.
