Tips of studying java/recursive backtracking
Hi guys. so im a high school student taking apcs ( I know the exam is easy do not dog on me) but I go to a notoriously difficult stem school and we have a test on recursive backtracking. my estimate is that its going to be multiple choice but my teacher has like the edgiest of edge cases for every choice im not joking. I know this is lowk a skill issue but Ive tried practicing writing functions in the past which I can usually do okay and like being able to read code but I am awful at identifying specific errors or like how to fix a code that's incorrect without seeing the output. idek, but the things we have coded so far is that Queens puzzle thing and also a maze? lmk if u guys have tips on how to truly master java like that on a level of deeper understanding (quickly) instead of just experimenting a million times until ur test cases pass thanks
