AGM to LifePo4 Upgrade in 2012 camper van - Feedback…

AGM to LifePo4 Upgrade in 2012 camper van - Feedback needed!

Hi all,

Upgrading the electrics in my 2012 Weinsberg Carabus: swapping the old AGM for a 100Ah LiFePO4 (Kon-TEC, 100A BMS, built-in heating mats), the PWM for a Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/20, and adding a Victron Orion 12/12-30 for alternator charging. Dropping the 230V charger - we never use shore power.

The van has a CBE DS300 Elektroblock. My plan is to permanently disconnect the starter cable from **+B1** (so its internal combining relay is out of the picture), let the Orion handle alternator charging, and keep all 12V loads running off **+B2** from the house battery. Common negative via chassis.

Fusing: 90 A MRBF (Blue Sea) on LifePo4 and MIDI FUSES in other places (see diagram)

I'm attaching a diagram I've prepared and looking for a feedback!

PS. Please tell me something about fusing in your systems. In Poland most of the people are using just MEGA fuses, but in the Internet (and on this group) i've found that it's not really suitable for LifePo4 battery, this is why i replaced one mega fuse with MRBF. MRBF is not very popular, but i was able to buy it. Class-T fuse is almost impossible to get in Poland.
