The curse of po*n in Pakistan

My husband once told me most of Pakistani men go to dirty websites and this was back in 2005.

The scene is much much worse now. But my question is why do men start defending it? Why do they say such things like “oh you don’t know how difficult it is to stay away from it” whereas for women they will enforce the hijab rule. Double standards!!!!!

Why do men want a hijabi, naik aurat but they themselves don’t do nazro ki hifazat?

A 2024 paper in the *Pakistan Journal of Medicine and Dentistry* surveyed 151 people aged 16–24. In that sample, 67.5% reported having watched adult-themed content. This is only those who actually accepted. Those who were afraid to accept aren’t counted so this percentage would have been higher.

Researchers surveyed 224 students from public and private educational institutions in Multan in 2024.The study examined pornography consumption alongside psychological and physical health and risky sexual behaviours. The authors reported associations with several behaviours, including unprotected sex and forceful sex with a partner. https://www.mlar.sk/association-of-pornography-consumption-with-health-and-risky-sexual-behaviors-of-youngsters-in-pakistan-a-quantitative-approach/

Moreover some Muslim men have the audacity to tell me that watching po\*n is healthy!!! Are you insane!!!! Then you demand to marry a women who is baparda, and has never thought about a guy.

I am fuming right now at all Pakistani men who have normalized this!!! All of you men know its bad, all of you men know other men do it yet you do nothing about it. You look the other way.

And women if you think that you have covered yourself and followed all Islamic principles the chances of you getting a man who has followed Islamic principle of nazron ki hifazat is 1%.
