For me, happiness comes from simple moments like getting lost in a good book, discovering new authors or genres that spark curiosity, and sharing book recommendations with fellow book lovers. I also find joy in everyday moments and connections, like discussing life's intricacies with loved ones over a cup of chai or exploring new places with friends. The love for reading and learning new things brings a sense of fulfillment and happiness.

I think happiness is a bit of both. While some moments of happiness are spontaneous and beyond our control, we also have the power to choose how we respond to situations. Focusing on gratitude, practicing mindfulness, and being kind to ourselves and others can help cultivate happiness, even on tough days. When I'm engrossed in a book that aligns with my interests, I feel a sense of control and happiness that stays with me long after I finish reading.

Loved ones, like family and friends who share my passion for reading and learning, bring light into my life.
