The quote I choose is : To the praiseworthy qualities of taste and seasonal variety of natureβs offerings, there is nowhere quite like the bounty held within the resilient pomelo. β Elizabeth David
Here's why I love that quote! π Having a pomelo tree in my courtyard makes Elizabeth Davidβs words feel so real to me, every day my pomelo tree, quietly reminds me of resilience, abundance, and the simple joys of nature.
I love watching it grow, seeing the fruit develop, and knowing that all that patience and care will eventually give back something so generous. Thereβs something deeply satisfying about walking out and picking a pomelo, knowing it embodies all of that beauty and effort. πΏβ¨
Honestly, my little courtyard feels like a treasure trove of sunshine and flavor, and it never fails to lift my spirits.
